Art Bond, co-founder and Principal, balances his time between active leadership of major institutional and private clients and leading marketing efforts in the firm. Clients know Art for his passion for excellence in the design and planning of academic projects in K-12 and higher education. Art is also known for his passion for fishing and his old lobster boat in Maine. Art loves playing and watching lacrosse, rugby and football – really anything competitive. Art and technology usually don’t get along, but, he now knows how to text!
As a leader of Bond Wolfe’s practice, Matt Wolfe brings a commitment to design quality and an ability to translate clients’ goals to create successful, effective solutions. A Founder and Principal of the firm, he has more than 25 years of experience leading successful academic, military, sports and recreation and mixed-use projects throughout the US and abroad. One of Matt’s favorite projects was creating and implementing the Lisuang Village School in the Chunan Province of China which houses and educates over 400 children. The time and services provided for this project were entirely pro bono.
Susan Pruchnicki oversees Bond Wolfe's management practices and professional development, focusing on firm finances, recruiting, and career development. A Principal of the firm and LEED-accredited professional, she graduated from Washington University in St. Louis and is actively involved in the Alberti Program, a program that focuses on exposing architecture to young people in underserved communities. Susan was AIA St. Louis Chapter President in 2007 and is currently on the Board of AIA Missouri. Susan is a marathon runner and is constantly renovating her 13,000 sq. ft. home in St. Louis City.
