This classic 1930s Maritz and Young home was reconfigured and modernized to feature the kitchen as the focal point, which encourages a more natural flow through the space. Placed near the new grand family room, the kitchen also shares proximity to the open air stairway which leads to a library on the lower level and bedrooms on the upper level.
