The Summit’s open, clean and simple design was inspired by mid-20th century modern architecture. The building maximizes use of a site that, at one time, was thought to be unusable because of its irregular shape and close proximity to a nearby interchange.
The crescent-shaped office facility features a curved wall of non-reflective glass which saturates the office space with natural light. The interior space plan takes advantage of the building’s strong geometric shape and natural lighting by maximizing views for the entire floor.“I am pleased to say that the building has been at full occupancy for the past two years and the building is successfully meeting the needs of the tenants as well as mine.
