Ladue, Missouri

This 1960s ranch home, built on three picturesque acres in Ladue, was expanded and renovated to accommodate the growth of the homeowners’ family. Square footage was increased by adding a second floor to the home, providing the homeowners with a new master suite with bath, walk-in closets, and a balcony overlooking the newly refurbished gardens. Additionally, an office, family room, and garage were gained in the expansion. Renovations were also made to the existing bedrooms and baths, living room, dining room and kitchen. The inspiration for the design efforts stemmed from the owners’ strong ties to Nantucket and resulted in a New England, Cape Cod style home.
