SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL LIBRARY
RIVERVIEW GARDENS SCHOOL DISTRICT
BELLEFONTAINE NEIGHBORS, MISSOURI
The new free-standing library at Riverview Gardens Senior High School serves as both an academic institution and public library for after school use. The building has the latest in technology features and serves as the multi-functional media hub for the entire high school campus.
Significant barriers to the project were an accelerated schedule and a restricted budget that could not be exceeded. Utilizing the latest in concrete tilt-wall construction with embedded brick veneer, the Bond Wolfe team was able to deliver the building for $100/SF and completed the project in only fifteen weeks during a winter schedule, handing the building over to the owner an astounding ten days ahead of schedule.
“The project needed to be completed in 4 months with a budget that could not be increased. Working very closely with the District and contractor, Bond Wolfe was able to meet our schedule with only minor changes during construction. The District is very pleased with the building and we would gladly recommend them for the design of your project.”
