Bond Wolfe Architects worked closely with property developers and campus administrators to renovate and modernize the Parkview Apartment complex. Through the establishment of capital improvement priorities and cost estimates, uniform standards were established and a five-year master plan was developed to ensure a safe living environment.

“In all of these projects, Susan {Pruchnicki} has produced elegant designs that are sensitively compatible with the existing historic buildings. Susan’s work has been a model of good architectural practice, bringing the designs in on time and within budget.”
