The renovation of this 11,000 square foot historic "Grove neighborhood" building serves as the new home for Sitelines, LLC, who occupies the basement and top level. The first, second and third floors are reserved for tenants.
4512 Manchester was renovated using a LEED-compliant methodology and will be the first “green” building within this particular St. Louis community.
