Understanding the culture and mission of a business or tenant is the first step in successfully designing a commercial environment. By intimately understanding the client’s needs, the Bond Wolfe design team creates office spaces that promote interaction, functional workflow, comfort and enhanced productivity.

Bond Wolfe Architects designed a 4,000 square foot inter-office renovation. The renovation included a multi-functional sales and conference room specifically designed to motivate the sales team. The vibrant, exciting pops of color were strategically chosen to generate enthusiasm from the sales force. This room is also technology integrated—allowing for teleconferencing and multi-media presentations. In addition to the multi-functional sales and conference room, Bond Wolfe also designed the interior break room and atrium area, introducing a café/coffee house style feel. This bistro type interior included a high-end cork floor, typically not used in commercial spaces and a glass tile backsplash accompanied by stainless steel appliances. By adding a large interior dome, a warm color palette and indirect lighting in the atrium space, Bond Wolfe was able to translate a feeling of the exterior to an otherwise windowless space.
