Brentwood Police Station Chesterfield City Hall White Cliff Park Master Plan

Municipal ProjectsBond Wolfe Architects approaches each public design project as a unique opportunity to capture the essence and unique aspects of a community. Our team of experienced designers has the ability to develop city halls, libraries, community centers and public safety facilities that encompass the goals and needs of each city department and the community at large.

CHESTERFIELD CITY HALL
CHESTERFIELD, MISSOURI

With a commanding view over Chesterfield, the City Hall was developed to function as a cultural hub. Consolidating all city offices and personnel, the 62,000 square foot facility was programmed to meet anticipated growth for the next twenty years and designed to host public gatherings indoors and outdoors on the plazas. Designed to exemplify landscaping and green space ordinances that were recently adopted, the site has a park-like setting with sustainable native plantings that require minimal maintenance and provide seasonal color and interest throughout the year.

*This project was awarded the “2003 Construction Industry Cost Effectiveness Award” by the St. Louis Council of Construction Consumers (SLCC).

“I wanted to thank you for your many efforts, over the years, working with us to help us arrive at this point in the history of our City. Your pride and ownership in this project are clearly evident in your work.”
