DAVIS DRIVE
CLAYTON, MISSOURI

All managed within the existing walls, the renovation of this Tudor duplex opened the existing congested floor plans and brightened the interior spaces. The east side was completely gutted to allow for a new eat-in kitchen, an open front foyer, addition of a first floor powder room and creation of a master suite with vaulted ceilings. The west side was renovated with a new and expanded contemporary kitchen, elimination of a central "hall-of-doors" and a new family room in the formerly underutilized lower level.
