Bargain prices for homes across Yorkshire
A wide range of homes across Yorkshire are up for sale at Bond Wolfe Auction’s next livestreamed online auction event, with bargain price tags as low as £10,000 set to attract keen bidding.
Some of the properties are in need of DIY skills from their new owners but are listed at prices well below current market value.
The £10,000+ guide price* is attached to a three bedroom mid terraced house in Doncaster, at 56 Princes Crescent, Edlington.
It has a small foregarden and a garden to the rear, with two reception rooms, a dining area and kitchen on the ground floor and three bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. It already has gas fired central heating and UPVC double glazing.
Over in Hull, a guide price of just £15,000+ has been set for a two bedroom mid terraced house at 5 Avenue Crescent, off Albemarle Street. It comprises two reception rooms, a kitchen and ground floor bathroom with two bedrooms upstairs, a small foregarden and a yard to the rear. It also has double glazing.
Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe Auctions, said: “These low guide prices reflect the fact that some of these homes need some attention, but this can be ideal for buyers with DIY skills.
“With a bit of investment either property could become a perfect home for a couple wanting their first property, or for a landlord looking to extend their portfolio.”
In Halifax a two bedroom mid terraced house at 26 Mayfield Grove bears a guide price of £14,000-£19,000, as does a similar property at 4 North Street, in the Lockwood area of Huddersfield.
Mr Bassi added: “These are just a few examples of the lots that we will be offering at the next auction, with many more from across the North and the wider UK.
“We really do pride ourselves on the choice of properties on offer which we feel will suit so many different buyers.”
