A former day care centre in a sought-after rural village is set to feature as one of the standout lots in Bond Wolfe’s next auction.

The former Oak Trees Day Centre, located at 10 Gorton Croft, Balsall Common, is being sold on behalf of Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council and will carry a guide price* of £175,000+ in the live-streamed auction on Thursday 5 February.
