UK's No. 1 Hybrid Auctioneer
In-room - Online - Telephone - Proxy
As the leading hybrid property auctioneer in the UK, Bond Wolfe sell more properties, achieve the highest success rate and raise more in sales than any other auctioneer. We are one of the first auctioneers to return to the auction room following the pandemic, offering in-room, online, telephone and proxy bidding.
In our auctions in 2021 we sold 1,357 lots from the 1,453 offered, representing a success rate of 94% and raising over £175 million in sales. We even broke the record for the largest and most successful auction ever held outside of London. This brings our total sales, since we relaunched our auction division, to nearly £370 million.
We have a record-breaking, award-winning property auctions team with over 300 years of combined experience in selling residential, commercial and mixed-use property, investments and land/development sites. We are the only auctioneers in the Midlands to have dedicated experts in each sector and we also have experience in handling more unusual properties such as garage blocks, ground rents, former public houses, churches, police stations and nursing homes.
With our ‘traditional values and modern solutions’ approach, you can trust our passionate and dedicated team to look after you and your property, whilst taking advantage of the latest processes and technology.
We hold 7 auctions a year and as well selling properties via our online auction platform. This approach gives you total flexibility as to how and when you would like to sell your property. We market all properties for a minimum of 3 weeks to generate as much interest as possible and to achieve the best price with competitive bidding.
We will ensure that your property is marketed in the most effective way to achieve the best outcome for you.
We are the appointed auctioneers for Birmingham City Council, City of Wolverhampton Council, Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council, Walsall Council and West Midlands Police, Walsall Council. We also act for a large number of major clients, including many of the other local authorities, major banks, LPA (Law of Property Act) receivers, housing associations, solicitors, estate agents and property companies. Whether you have one property or a large portfolio, all our clients are equally important to us and we will tailor our service to best look after your needs.
