The Business

The income is generated principally from the collection of mooring fees with the marina offering a variety of rates depending on the length of craft and term of the agreement. Opportunities to increase the income include more active management, boat sales, increased use of the workshop/stores areas and dry dock. Further details are available within the legal pack.
