Property DescriptionA newly constructed 9 hole golf course (a further 9 holes are being constructed by the current vendor on some neighbouring land which may be available for purchase at a later date).

PlanningPlanning permission was granted on the 5th February 2015 by South Staffordshire Council for the erection of a club house, ancillary storage and 63 parking spaces. The proposed club house has a GIA of 3,621 sq.ft. (336.5 sq.m.) or thereabouts. Although not finished the construction of the club house has commenced and therefore it is considered that planning permission is now live.
