Bargain homes in Stoke for sale by auction and keen first-time buyers and landlords with eyes for bargains will be competing for a range of homes in Stoke priced from £10,000 in Bond Wolfe Auction’s next auction in Birmingham later this month.

Three two-bedroomed, mid-terraced houses are available with guide prices* of £10,000+ at 48 Harcourt Street, 12 Spring Road and 7 South Street, although they may need refurbishment or modernisation.

Meanwhile a two-bedroomed, semi-detached at 74 Blakelow Road will also have a guide price of £10,000+ at the Villa Park auction on Thursday 27 February, which will feature a record 215 lots.

Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe Auctions, said: “We are expecting intense bidding for these properties which are fantastic opportunities for young couples or entrepreneurs seeking to start a property portfolio.”

Other Stoke bargains include a two-bedroomed, semi-detached at 39 Clandon Avenue, a three-bedroomed, semi-detached at 4 Lincoln Road in Kidsgrove, and a two-bedroomed, mid-terraced house at 53 Long Lane in Harriseahead, with guide prices of £14,000 to £19,000, £15,000+ and £20,000+ respectively.

Over in Kidsgrove, a three bedroomed, semi-detached at 3 Warwick Close is in the auction with a guide price of £29,000 to £34,000.

At the other end of the market is a smart three-bedroomed, semi-detached house at 145 Wyndham Road, and a neat two-bedroomed, end-terraced house at 49 Sandbach Road, in Rode Heath, with guide prices of £65,000+ and £75,000+ respectively.
