The former Birchfield Community Day Nursery, located at 1 Haughton Road, will appear in the live-streamed auction on Wednesday 10 December, with a guide price of £300,000+.

Opened on 6 August 1970 by the then Lord Mayor of Birmingham, Alderman Stanley Bleyer, the property now presents a rare opportunity for redevelopment or alternative use, subject to planning permission.
