Guide prices for Black Country homes as low as £5,000 at Bond Wolfe Auctions’ first auction
Black Country homes with guide prices as low as £5,000 are likely to see a packed room of bidders at Bond Wolfe Auctions’ inaugural auction at Villa Park on Wednesday 13 March.
A variety of lots including two, three and four-bedroom homes, from penthouse apartments to detached houses, are set to attract both house-hunters looking for a bargain and investors building up property portfolios.
One property that’s likely to draw competitive bidding is two bedroomed, mid-terraced house at 44 Adelaide Street in Brierley Hill, with a guide price* of just £5,000+.
Another home that will catch the eyes of bidders is a three bedroomed, mid-terraced house at 55 Corser Street in Dudley, up for auction with a guide price of £19,000 to £24,000.
Meanwhile, a three bedroomed, semi-detached house called Church View at 206 High Street, Pensnett has a guide price of £39,000 to £44,000, and a three bedroomed, mid-terrace house at 2 Manor Abbey Road, Halesowen has a guide price of £140,000+.
A number of other properties up for auction are in and around Wolverhampton, with a three bedroomed, end-terraced house at 34 Walford Avenue having a guide price of £19,000 to £24,000, while 26 Grasmere Close in Tettenhall is a three bedroomed, semi-detached house with a guide price of £34,000 to £39,000.
Two other three bedroomed, semi-detached houses available are 581 Stafford Road with a guide price of £50,000+ and 8 Dudding Road, on Goldthorn Park, with a guide price of £50,000+.
