A collection of enviable residential investments in and around the plush suburb of Solihull are appearing at Bond Wolfe Auctions’ next auction on Wednesday 28 October.

A five-bedroomed property at 160 Wagon Lane, which is currently bringing in rents of £11,400 a year, has a guide price* of £220,000+.

This extended, semi-detached house stands back from the road behind a driveway with front and back gardens, and is well-located close to both Olton railway station and the A45 Coventry Road.

More residential investments include the property 68 Coniston Avenue, another extended, semi-detached house with four bedrooms bringing in annual rental income of £10,200. It has a guide price of £200,000+.

In the same area but much nearer the A45 is a two-bedroomed, semi-detached bungalow at 150 Marcot Road, also rented out for £10,200 a year, and this property has a guide price of £150,000+.

Another residential investment opportunity is a three-bedroomed, semi-detached house just over the border 211 Shirley Road in Acocks Green.

This property, located next to the pleasant Fox Hollies Park, has a current annual rental income of £7,800 and is appearing in the auction with a guide price of £125,000+.

All four of the above lots are freehold properties offered for sale on behalf of a joint receiver and are subject to their existing assured tenancies.
