Investment shops in prominent Halesowen parade go under the hammer in our March auction
A series of commercial investment properties in the heart of Halesowen town centre are set to feature in our next auction.
Four freehold retail properties forming part of a prominent High Street parade will each be offered with a guide price* of £99,000+ in the live-streamed auction on Thursday 26 March.
The remaining four properties within the same parade are scheduled to appear in our May auction.
All the properties are fully let and each produces a current rental income of £14,000 per annum, providing an attractive investment opportunity for buyers seeking established town centre income.
Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe, said:
“Our agency sold all eight of these properties to a purchaser last year, and they have now decided to bring them back to market individually through our auctions.
“The units are occupied by a variety of established local businesses, ranging from a barber and tattoo studio to a bar, which helps create a vibrant retail parade in the centre of Halesowen.”
The first four properties to be offered in March include 49, 51, 53 and 55 High Street, each providing retail accommodation on the ground floor with additional space above.
49 High Street extends to approximately 756 sq ft on the ground floor and 436 sq ft on the first floor and is let on a five-year lease until November 2026.
51 High Street provides 842 sq ft on the ground floor and 436 sq ft on the first floor and is let on a 10-year lease until June 2034.
53 High Street extends to 807 sq ft on the ground floor and 409 sq ft on the first floor and is let on a 10-year lease until July 2032.
55 High Street provides 734 sq ft on the ground floor and 350 sq ft on the first floor and is let on a 10-year lease until January 2032.
Mr Bassi added:
“Offers in excess of the guide price may be considered prior to the auction sale.”
The Halesowen properties will be among scores of lots appearing in Bond Wolfe’s next auction, which is due to start at 8.30am on Thursday 26 March.
The auction will be live-streamed via Bond Wolfe’s website, with remote bidding available by proxy, telephone or internet.
