We have been instructed to sell a parcel of land in one of Birmingham’s most sought-after residential areas, with the site set to feature in our landmark 50th auction next month.

The freehold land to the rear of 65 and 67 Four Oaks Common Road, Sutton Coldfield, will be offered with a guide price* of £50,000+ in our live-streamed auction on Thursday 14 May.

The site benefits from its proximity to Sutton Park, one of the largest urban parks in Europe, as well as excellent transport links and nearby local amenities.

The land will be among scores of lots appearing in our next auction, which is due to start at 8.30am on Thursday 14 May.
