Traditional values, modern solutions

Do you have a property to sell or let?

Bond Wolfe is celebrating a major company landmark after surpassing £1 billion in total auction sales following its October 2025 auction, just six years after launching its dedicated auctions division.

Since holding our first auction in January 2019, we have delivered 48 auctions, including our record-breaking July 2025 event, which achieved an unprecedented £33,633,123 in sales, the highest result ever recorded outside of London.

A trusted auction partner for public bodies and institutions

Our success has been built on long-term, trusted relationships with both public and private sector clients.

Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe, said:

“We have acted and continue to act for several public bodies including Birmingham City Council, Walsall Council, West Midlands Police and many others.
We have won every single tender we have bid for so far, but we are always looking for more.”

The company is also the auction partner of choice for numerous major housing associations across the Midlands and nationwide.

A global audience and a rapidly growing team

Bond Wolfe’s growth has been fuelled by its commitment to accessibility and digital innovation. Over seven auctions per year, the team has built a database of more than 150,000 active buyers, with bidders logging in from around the globe to compete for residential, commercial and investment opportunities.

Mr Bassi added:

“Our success is down to two key factors: the loyalty of our regular clients and the dedication of our team, which has now grown to more than 30 people.
We are passionate about developing talent and promoting from within, which ensures a strong culture and clear career path at Bond Wolfe.”

From villa park to virtual – adapting and thriving

When the Covid-19 pandemic struck, Bond Wolfe transitioned seamlessly from in-room auctions at Villa Park to fully live-streamed online auctions, which now attract tens of thousands of viewers per event.

Mr Bassi said:

“We have always kept technology at the forefront of our business.
Our in-house media team, led by marketing director Craig Upton, has played a vital role in enabling us to thrive despite years of unpredictable market conditions, including Brexit, elections, interest rate changes and challenging economic headwinds.”

Commitment to giving back

Alongside its commercial success, Bond Wolfe has remained committed to supporting the communities it serves. Over the past seven years, the company has donated tens of thousands of pounds to charities including Birmingham Children’s Hospital, University Hospitals Birmingham Charity and the Teenage Cancer Trust, among many others.

Mr Bassi added:

“We are always keen to give back because this business has exceeded all our expectations.
I would like to thank all our staff past and present, our clients and suppliers for their support.
We now look forward to continued success together.”

Next auction

Bond Wolfe will hold its final live-streamed auction of 2025 on Wednesday 10 December, with remote bidding available via proxy, telephone or internet.
