An attractive village pub in rural Worcestershire, complete with generous living accommodation above, is set to appear in our next auction.

The Open Ditch, located at Sinton Green in the civil parish of Hallow, will be offered with a guide price* of £375,000+ in the live-streamed auction on Thursday 5th February.

The property lies around five miles north west of Worcester, in what is regarded as a highly desirable rural setting.
