Lily Gartland

Lily began working in auctions in 2020, choosing to gain hands-on experience in the industry rather than take the traditional university route. She now manages the day-to-day operations of the administration team, ensuring processes are followed accurately and deadlines are consistently met.

With a strong background in customer service, Lily enjoys guiding clients through the auction process and handling their enquiries with a friendly, professional approach.

Lily has a passion for property renovation, which she shares with her partner, and enjoys developing her skills and knowledge in this area. Alongside her role, she is studying part-time for a BA (Hons) in Business Management with the Open University. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and seeing new places, especially if it involves trying lots of delicious food! She also loves to spend time with her family, friends and all of their dogs too.
