Simon Senior

Simon started working in an estate agency in 2005 for a corporate firm in Cheshire and moved to the Midlands in 2006 after joining Connells, working in the Oldbury area. In 2010, he moved to an independent estate agent in Stourbridge, still in agency, looking at all different types of property in the Black Country. 2017 brought a different but exciting challenge when Simon was appointed the ‘head’ of a new Land & New Homes division, working with local SME’s and national house builders. His success led to a move to Lovell as a Land Manager in Quinton for two and a half years. His greatest success in that role was securing a 21-acre site in a local plan, which delivered 180-200 homes.  Because of the variety of roles Simon has held, his skills, knowledge, and broad experience give him a strong overview of most property types.

Outside of work, Simon is a big football fan supporting Man Utd (yes – he’s from the North West!),and enjoys the gym, cycling and running. He’s previously taken part in two sprint triathlons and enjoys the training. When not watching his beloved Man Utd, you’ll also find him at the local park or on holiday with his two young children.
