Bond Wolfe’s next auction on Thursday, September 15 features a range of vacant retail, commercial and industrial properties with attractive guide prices.

First to go under the hammer will be a freehold shop at 38 Windmill Hill, Halesowen, a mid-terrace retail premises standing flush to the pavement.

On the ground floor it has a retail area and store with two rooms accessed via the rear yard on the first floor. It has a guide price* of £30,000+.

A rather more substantial offering comes with The Manor Guest House, Watt Place, Cheadle, in Staffordshire, which is a freehold 11 bedroom, Grade II listed guest house with a guide price of £705,000+.

The accommodation includes 11 en-suite bedroom, a spacious three bedroom owners’ accommodation, a self-contained three bedroom bungalow, with good parking and set in picturesque grounds.

In Walsall, an imposing vacant freehold terrace of offices at 32-34 Bradford Street and 2 Bradford Lane, Walsall, is also going under the hammer, with the added benefit of planning permission for residential development.

Number 32 and 33 are understood to be Grade II listed, and parts of the property are in need of repair and modernisation. In addition, the sale also includes 2 Bradford Lane, situated to the rear, which is a separate brick-built workshop/industrial unit accessed from Bradford Lane. Unit 3, Cleveland Street, Dudley, is a freehold commercial property with car parking which is currently used as a dance centre with two main studios with attractive, wooden covered floors. The existing owner-occupier may be interested in entering into a lease agreement with a new owner, if the intention is to acquire the property as an investment opportunity. It has a guide price of £275,000+.

In the north east, a freehold, mixed use property at 252-254 Dickson Road, Blackpool, provides a ground floor retail unit, with a self-contained apartment with two double bedrooms on the upper floors. An interesting opportunity situated parallel to the busy promenade with a guide price of £65,000+.
