Traditional values, modern solutions

Do you have a property to sell or let?

Do you fancy living just a few minutes from Liverpool FC’s world famous Anfield stadium? Well now you can, and it won’t necessarily cost you a fortune.

A property at 48 Sedley Street, just over half a mile away from The Reds’ home ground, has a guide price* of just £15,000+ at Bond Wolfe Auctions’ next online auction on 31 March.

This two-bedroomed, mid-terraced house stands flush to the pavement with double-glazing and a rear yard, although it will need a buyer willing to invest in modernisation.

Even closer is another two-bedroomed, mid-terraced house needing renovation at 6 Espin Street just north of Anfield, again standing flush to the pavement with double glazing and a rear yard, with a £20,000+ guide price.

Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe Auctions, said: “What a dream location this could be for a Liverpool fan with DIY skills!

“Alternatively, both properties would make attractive investment opportunities for landlords seeking to extend their rental portfolios.”

To the north of the city and closer to the old docks south of Crosby beach is a two-bedroomed, mid-terraced house with small front garden, rear yard and central heating at 38 Percy Street in Bootle, with a £20,000+ guide price.

And out to the east of the city is a three-bedroomed, semi-detached house at 12 Primrose Court, near Huyton & Prescot Golf Club and Junction 2 of the M57.

This larger property has a driveway with front and back gardens, although its £39,000+ guide price reflects the need for modernisation throughout.
Mr Bassi added: “We have an expanding range of properties our auctions, which now cover everywhere from Cornwall to Northumberland and with guide prices ranging from £nil to £850,000.”

The Liverpool properties are just four of 226 lots appearing in the next Bond Wolfe Auction’s online auction which starts at 8.30am on Wednesday 31 March.

The auction will be livestreamed via Bond Wolfe Auctions’ website with remote bidding by proxy, telephone or internet only.
