Do you have a property to sell or let?

This one’s bound to arrest bidders’ attention… a former magistrates court in Cheshire appears in Bond Wolfe’s next auction with a guide price* of £500,000+.

Mr Darlington said: “This ex-municipal magistrates building is close to Runcorn town centre and police station and offers scope to be utilised for a wide range of commercial, retail or residential uses, subject to obtaining the necessary planning consents.

“There is some off-road parking outside, and then the ground floor has an entrance reception leading to multiple rooms, including a cafe, toilets, offices, security room, kitchen and additional toilets.

“There are also five cells on this floor, along with two interview rooms, a sluice room, a server room, further Offices, stores, another kitchen, more toilets, access to the car park, a staircase and a lift.

“The first floor then has its own reception area and waiting room, a total of four former court rooms, offices, stores, a kitchen, former judges’ offices, a dressing area with toilets and former advocates’ offices.

“On the second floor is a balcony landing, seven offices, one with an ensuite toilet, a large L-shaped Office, a toilet, a storeroom, a staff room and a kitchenette.

“This floor also has a sluice Room, a file room, additional toilets, three more offices and stores, plus access to the roof.”
