We are a principal lender, which means that we lend with our own money and are not reliant on or required to consult any third party, making our decision-making process faster and simpler.
We typically lend up to 65% of the value of your property, but can go up to 100% with additional security. Our loans tend to range from £100,000 up to £5 million, but we will assess each request on its own merit. Loan terms are from 3-12 months, but can offer the option to extend should it be required at the end of the term.
