Bond Wolfe breaks £33 million sales barrier with record-breaking July auction
Bond Wolfe has set a new benchmark in the UK property auction sector, achieving an all-time high of £33,633,123 in sales at our latest auction held on Thursday 10 July, the largest property auction ever held outside of London.
Our July auction saw 175 lots offered, the highest number so far this year, with 157 lots sold, an exceptional 91% success rate.
The event also set a new digital milestone, with 1,434,246 website page views, 37,426 video tours watched, and 43,231 legal packs downloaded, reflecting continued and growing demand across residential, commercial, and land assets.
This latest success pushes our 2025 auction sales total to £103,675,407, marking a significant achievement in just over half the year.

Among the standout results was the sale of a 38,825 sq ft freehold land parcel on Villa Street, Lozells, which more than doubled its £445,000+ guide price, selling for £1.1 million.

245-253 Spring Road, Tyseley – a freehold plot of 7,933 sq ft sold for £440,000 from a £100,000+ guide price.

Land adjacent to 79 Belchers Lane, Saltley – sold for £220,000, also off a £100,000+ guide.
Bond Wolfe once again delivered results for local authorities, with seven lots sold on behalf of Birmingham City Council totalling £2.5 million, and a former scout hut site on Arlescote Road, Solihull sold for £250,000, far exceeding its £95,000+ guide price.
