Bond Wolfe offering city council’s surplus sites in February auction
A further four lots being sold on behalf of Birmingham City Council will lead off Bond Wolfe’s next auction on Thursday 9 February.
As the city’s appointed auctioneer Bond Wolfe is offering freehold lock up garages and land between 2A and 2G Woodland Road in Handsworth, with a guide price* of £15,000+.
A similar pair of domestic lock up garages and freehold land is also available adjacent to 44 Wandsworth Road, Birmingham, offered with a guide price of £10,000+.
Next to go under the hammer will be a freehold parcel of land on Grove Cottage Road, running to the rear of 123-145 Bordesley Green. The land totals about 409 sq yards and has a guide price of £10,000+.
The fourth lot is a small rectangular parcel of leasehold land to the rear of 20 Erasmus Road, Birmingham, which is for sale for the sole use as private garden land on a new 125 year lease at a peppercorn rent. The site of approximately 112 sq yards has a guide price of £5,000+.
These properties will be among 161 lots appearing in Bond Wolfe’s next auction which is due to start at 9am on Thursday 9 February.
