Traditional values, modern solutions

Do you have a property to sell or let?

Bond Wolfe continued its strong start to 2026 with our March auction raising £26,557,500, with 141 lots sold from 161 offered, an industry-leading 88% success rate.

This performance takes the total raised across our first two auctions of the year to over £50 million, underlining continued demand from buyers across a wide range of property sectors.

We are now preparing for a major milestone, with our next auction on Thursday 14 May set to be our 50th auction since launching in January 2019.

Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe, said:

“Despite ongoing geopolitical conditions, this was another excellent auction with a strong success rate and competitive bidding across a wide variety of lots.

“The results demonstrate the continued strength of the auction market and the appetite from buyers for well-priced opportunities.”

In the run-up to our 26 March auction, we recorded 1,233,740 website page views, with 80,724 video tours watched and 34,547 legal packs downloaded. Remote bidding registrations reached 1,240.

We achieved a number of standout results for our clients, including five lots sold on behalf of Birmingham City Council, raising in excess of £1.5 million.

Elsewhere, Unit 2 (Shop 4) at Wheeler Street Shopping Centre in Newtown sold in line with its guide price of £25,000.

Gurpreet Bassi added:

“These are just some of the excellent results achieved for our clients, and we are already seeing strong interest ahead of our May auction.
