With staycations the byword for sunseekers this year, competitive bidding is expected for a detached holiday lodge in Cornwall at the next Bond Wolfe Auctions’ online auction on Wednesday 31 March.

The three-bedroomed property at number 20 within the popular Hengar Manor country park at St Tudy, near Bodmin, has an attractive guide price* of £39,000+.
