Do you have a property to sell or let?

Two more holiday homes in the ever-popular Hengar Manor Park in Cornwall are set to go under the hammer at Bond Wolfe’s next live-streamed property auction on Thursday, 18 May.

Hengar Manor Park is located in the heart of Cornwall at St Tudy, near Bodmin, and is set on a stunning 35-acre country estate.

It is a short drive to Bodmin Moor and the legendary beaches of the north Cornwall coast.

The first property at 104 Hengar Manor is a three-bedroom holiday villa which is being sold fully furnished and equipped. It is being offered with a guide price* of £55,000+.

On the ground floor, it has an open plan reception room, kitchen and diner, with a twin bedroom and shower room. The first floor has a double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom.

The second property is 73 Hengar Manor, a two-bedroom bungalow with an open plan lounge and kitchen diner, plus one double and one twin bedroom, both built-in wardrobes. Again, this property is sold fully furnished and equipped, making it an ideal holiday let or for use by family and friends.

It has a guide price of £35,000+.

James Rossiter, a senior auction valuer at Bond Wolfe Auctions, said: “We’re expecting huge interest in this fully furnished holiday villa and the bungalow, both of which come with a long leasehold.

“They are set in a popular holiday resort in a beautiful part of the ever-popular South West and is close to so many different attractions. Places like the Eden Project and Padstow are both around 30 minutes by car.

“The resort is set in 35 acres of park and woodland, and has a fully refurbished indoor heated pool, clubhouse and restaurant, 9 hole golf course, tennis courts and fully stocked fishing lakes.”

These two Cornish properties are just some 184 lots appearing in Bond Wolfe’s next property auction, which is due at 9 am on Thursday, 18 May.

The property auction will be live-streamed via Bond Wolfe’s website with remote bidding by proxy, telephone or Internet.
