Keen golfers who fancy a round before the light fades will be teeing up their bids for a four bedroom detached house featured in Bond Wolfe Auctions’ next auction at Aston Villa FC on Wednesday 11 December.

The imaginatively-named “The House” on Cold Ashby Golf Course, Northamptonshire, is part of Bond Wolfe’s 164 lot auction catalogue which will be the largest auction to be held in the Midlands in 2019.

The House is a substantial four bedroom detached property situated within the 200 acre 18 hole course, close to the borders of Northamptonshire, Leicestershire and Warwickshire.

The property stands back behind a driveway and foregarden and is set in glorious rolling countryside.
