Grade II-listed hotel from 1860s on Welsh border at auction

An impressive Grade II-listed hotel from the Victorian era on the Welsh border will excite bidders at Bond Wolfe Auctions’ next auction later this month.

The Knighton Hotel is an imposing building on Broad Street in Knighton, a town on the River Teme and the England-Wales border in Powys, near Shropshire.

Built back in 1867, the four-storey property will go under the hammer with a guide price* of £310,000 at the auction at Villa Park on Wednesday 23 October.
