Our Property Management team has several decades of comprehensive experience managing a variety of properties, including retail, offices, industrial, mixed-used, residential and care homes/assisted living.
Our work ranges from day-to-day property management and tenant issues, to longer term strategic asset management, such as change of planning use and redevelopment.
The team has developed many long-term relationships with clients, which enable them to fully understand their ultimate objectives, whether on an individual asset or a portfolio-wide basis. Beyond the day-to-day management, we have vast experience in rent reviews, lease renewals and surrendering leases acting on behalf of both landlord and tenants.
