Traditional values, modern solutions

Do you have a property to sell or let?

Two top promotions at Bond Wolfe Auctions. One of the UK’s fastest growing property auctions group, has promoted two staff to senior positions after nine months of successful operations.

The company has offered 490 lots at four auctions since launching in January, raising £55 million in sales with an average success rate of 85.5% against the national average of 72% – making it the most successful auctioneers in the Midlands this year.

Two staff who have played major roles are auctions manager Perm Daley, now promoted to associate director, and assistant auctions manager Aimee Rossiter, whose promotion to auctions manager has coincided with her wedding which saw her become Aimee Scott.

Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe Auctions, said: “The way everyone has pulled together to make such a success out of our first nine months of operations has been impressive.

“Perm and Aimee’s promotions are both so well-deserved as their contribution to Bond Wolfe Auctions’ stellar performance has been phenomenal!”

Ian Tudor, managing director at Bond Wolfe Auctions, added: “Perm and Aimee have worked over and beyond their initial job roles, and so Gurpreet and I were keen for this to be rewarded.

“Aimee will now look after more of the day-to-day running responsibilities, while Perm will take on a more strategic planning role as we look to continue our rapid growth.”

Ms Daley started working in property in 1993 with a firm of architects, and her career then progressed to different parts of the property industry including planning, rating, valuations, lettings, management and auctions.

She found that her passion was in property auctions and has now worked within the industry for more than 20 years.

Ms Daley said: “I’m delighted to have been given this new strategic role at the group and will be aiming to help Bond Wolfe Auctions continue its steep growth curve in the months to come.”

Ms Scott, née Rossiter, started her career in property auctions as a junior administrator in 2011 and has quickly progressed through the ranks.

She said: “I’m thrilled at my promotion to auctions manager as I love the massive adrenaline rush I get from the whole process of setting up the auction through to the auction day itself.

“I look forward to building on our early successes here at Bond Wolfe Auctions and to making our auctions the very best in the UK.”

The newly promoted pair help to manage a team at Bond Wolfe Auctions that has already grown to 17 staff in its first nine months.

The next auction is at 10.30am on Wednesday 23 October at the usual venue in the Holte Suite at Aston Villa FC in Birmingham. Anyone interested in the auction or with properties for sale should contact [email protected] or call 0121 312 1212.
