From executive homes to single-bedroom flats, an enormous range of Birmingham homes feature in Bond Wolfe’s next auction.

A guide price* of £400,000+ represents a substantial saving on current market values for a four-bedroomed semi-detached house in the cosmopolitan suburb of Moseley.

Set to go under the hammer at Bond Wolfe’s live-streamed auction on Wednesday, 27 March, 70 Shutlock Lane is a vacant extended property sitting opposite historic Highbury Park. Across the city is a three-bedroomed semi-detached house at 28 Langleys Road, Selly Oak, with a guide price of £50,000+. With a garage and gardens front and back, it currently has a hall, two reception rooms, kitchen, passageway and a WC downstairs, with three bedrooms and a shower room with WC upstairs. Gas central heating and UPVC double glazing are fitted but the house is in need of modernisation. In addition it could be suitable for development to the rear subject to obtaining the necessary planning consents.

Over in Hall Green, a three-bedroomed semi-detached house at 141 Cole Valley Road has a guide price of £150,000. With gravel to the front and gardens at the rear, it has two reception rooms and a kitchen on the ground floor with the three bedrooms and bathroom with WC upstairs. Redecoration is needed but gas central heating and double glazing are fitted.

The Birmingham properties are among 191 lots that are appearing in Bond Wolfe’s next auction, which will start at 8.30am on Wednesday 27 March.
