A pair of town centre retail premises in Nuneaton which both have strong trading tenants producing healthy rents are set to tempt investors in Bond Wolfe’s February auction.
The properties, which house Waterstones bookstore and the My Fone World mobile phone shop, are located in the prime pedestrianised trading location of Queens Road in the Warwickshire market town.
